Recuperate Frequent Massage Program Membership Policy

The purpose of our Massage Membership is to help you maintain regular care for your body. Consistent massage can effectively reduce or eliminate issues caused by daily activities, poor posture, muscle overuse or underused, body pain, limited range of motion, stiffness, poor circulation, injuries, toxin buildup, insomnia, and stress. We encourage you to fully utilize your monthly credits and take advantage of the discounted member rates for additional sessions. Regular massages are the key to achieving the best possible results for your health and well-being.

Program Purpose & Benefits

Maintain consistent, preventative whole-body care.
Alleviate daily stress, muscle imbalances, pain, limited mobility, and fatigue.
No long-term contracts (month-to-month commitment).
No enrollment fees.
Member rates on all sessions.
All unused credits roll over indefinitely.
Share credits only with active members of the same duration (60, 90, 120 minutes)
Transfer sessions to non-members for a $25 transfer fee.
60-minute members can combine 2 credits into a 2-hour session.
Free 30-minute for your birthday.
Free 30-minute for each new client referral.

Membership Rules & Auto-Draft Billing

Initial charge: Online signups charge immediately; in-office signups can select their initial draft start date.
Billing cycle: Auto-drafts occur on the 1st or 15th of each month on a valid credit/debit card.
Account status: Memberships are strictly individual and non-joint.
Booking requirement: Appointments must be booked under the attending client's name.
Add-ons & specialties: Prenatal sessions and service upgrades incur additional fees.
Information updates: Members must notify Recuperate Massage of any contact or billing changes.

Failed payments:

Massage Book emails a notification to members upon a declined charge.
Members must update payment details within 7 days.
Failure to resolve within 7 days will result in your membership being terminated..
Termination for non-payment forfeits all accrued credits with no refunds.

Appointment Cancellation, Late & No-Show Policy

Advance notice: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice by phone, text, or email.

Late cancellation fees:

60-minute session: $40
90-minute session: $60
120-minute session: $80
Must be settled before scheduling future appointments.
No-show / No-call / No-message: Will result in forfeiture of one session credit, if no credit is available your card on file will be charged the full session fee; must be paid before future bookings.
Late arrivals: Treatment may be shortened based on remaining time; full session fee is due.
Repeat violations: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in immediate termination of booking privileges.

Pause Policy

Eligibility: Must complete at least 60 days of active membership.
Frequency & length: Allowed once per annual contract period for 30 days to 3 months.
Credit usage: Accrued credit remains accessible; all other membership benefits suspend during the pause.
Resumption: Drafting resumes on the next scheduled date following the set end date (or 3 months if unspecified).
Appropriate use: Reserved for financial hardship, surgery, illness, military leave, or pregnancy (not for catching up on unused credits).

Membership Cancellation Policy

To begin cancellation, email a written request to recuperate@massagetherapy.com to receive the Membership Cancellation Election Form. The 30-day notice begins only after this completed form is returned.

Option 1: Standard 30-Day Notice

One final automatic payment process as scheduled.
Use accumulated credits through the final billing cycle.
Receive a final 30-day extension after billing stops to book and use remaining credits.
All unused credits are permanently forfeited after the 30-day extension.

Option 2: Immediate Termination

Waive the 30-day notice to stop billing immediately.
All accumulated credits forfeit on the cancellation date.

Policy changes: Management reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice.
