Frequent Massage Program Membership Policy

The purpose of the massage membership is to help clients take care of their body regularly.  Massages will help reduce or eliminate the effects that daily activities, poor body mechanic habits, over usage of muscles, under usage of muscles, body pain, limited range of motion, stiffness, poor circulation, injuries, toxin build up, insomnia, and stress could have on your body.  Please take advantage of using your monthly credits and scheduling additional sessions at member rate to get the best results possible.

If your referral purchases a membership, you receive a 60-minute session.

 

Things to know about your membership:

Members who sign up online are charged immediately.

Members that sign up in the office can select when they want their payment to start.

All members are given the choice to have their automatic draft scheduled for the 1st or 15th of the month after signing up.

Memberships are non- joint; each member must have their own monthly draft.

Couples or friends who both have their own membership may use each other’s credits in the case that a circumstance occurs that prevents them from being able to use their own credits at no additional charge.

There is a $20 transferable fee if a member wants a nonmember to use their credits

All appointments must be booked under the name of the person that is coming in for the session, no matter the plan.

When members book specialty massages there is an additional fee charged for example: prenatal or add-ons

Members can pause their draft if they are unable to come in for an extended period. If this occurs members must let us know the month they would like their draft to resume.  Accounts are only set to resume at a later date when a client contacts us with specific reasons in writing. Examples healing from surgery,financial hardship, or health issues that prevent them from coming in. Clients consistently removing credit card from account or stopping membership to catch up with unused credits will be penalized with a fee of $15 to $30 or possibly lose membership privileges. Please understand that credits rollover and are available for members to use, pausing to use them up is not suitable for our membership program.

Please understand that all clients with a membership must have an active account to receive membership rates or use credits. Please update billing information if any changes occur that may cause your card on file to decline the monthly draft. 

Immediate termination of the membership will result in losing unused credits, so members are given the option to pause their account for 30 days to use any remaining credits to prevent the loss of credits. After 30 days the account will be canceled. Please submit a request for ending your membership or pausing the account in writing including your full name to recuperate@massagetherapy.com,so that we have a record of it. Please understand that if your request is not made before your next draft date we do not issue refunds.

 

Cancelation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

All clients get one penalty-free offense per year. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no show, booking privileges will be terminated.

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice a call, text, or message is required from you before your scheduled appointment time, then  you will be charged the amount of $45 per 60 min, $70 per 90 min, and $90 per 120 min for your late cancelation or missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-show/No-Call/No-Message:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without contacting us the day of their appointment will be considered a “No-Show/No-Call/No-Message”. They will be "charged in full for their missed appointment", which must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. Clients who have existing membership credit, Groupon, or gift certificate, and no payment has been provided, you will forfeit one of those credits.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given at that time, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly.
