Please familiarize yourself with our location and make sure our business is a good fit for you before scheduling/paying for services. No refunds are issued.
Appointment Cancellation/Late Policy
As a family-owned business, we understand that unexpected events can cause clients to need to reschedule or cancel appointments. While we wish we didn’t need a late cancellation or no-show policy, please understand that these instances affect us significantly. When appointments are missed, we lose the opportunity to serve other clients, and it creates inconvenience for our small business. This impact extends beyond just the client who misses the appointment, affecting everyone involved. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies apply:
Late Cancellation
24 Hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice by call, text, or email before your scheduled appointment time, your card on file will be charged or in no card is on file you will be sent an invoice for the amount of (Non-Members $45 per 60 min session, $70 per 90 min session, and $90 per 120 min) and (Frequent Massage Members $40 per 60 min, $60 per 90 min, and $75 per 120 min) for your late cancellation. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-show/No-Call/No-Message
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without contacting us the day of their appointment will be considered a “No-Show/No-Call/No-Message”. Your card on file will be charged or if no card is on file you will be sent an invoice for the full amount of the missed appointment, which must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given at that time, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly.
Clients who repeatedly cancel late, no show, or do not follow our policies will have their booking privileges terminated.
We reserve the right to make changes to policies without prior notices to more effectively communicate as needed.
